سياسة الخصوصية

مقدمة

نحن في "دليل الحامل اليومي" نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحمايتها. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نتعامل معها عند استخدامك للتطبيق على أندرويد أو آيفون، ولماذا، ومدة الاحتفاظ بها، وكيف تتحكمين فيها.

بيانات تبقى على جهازك فقط

بيانات متابعة الحمل والدورة (التواريخ، الأدوية، التحاليل، اليوميات، الإعدادات) تُخزَّن محلياً على جهازك ولا تُرسَل إلى خوادمنا إطلاقاً، وتُحذف نهائياً بحذف التطبيق أو مسح بياناته.

البيانات التي نجمعها ولماذا

• معرّف عضوية عشوائي: يُنشأ تلقائياً عند دخول المجتمع أو الدردشة، ولا يكشف هويتك الحقيقية. يربط محتواك واشتراكك بحسابك.
• ما تشاركينه في المجتمع والدردشة: الاسم المستعار والصورة الرمزية والنبذة، والمنشورات والتعليقات والقصص والصور والرسائل في الغرف والمجموعات والخاص، والإعجابات والمتابعات ومشاهدات المنشورات والقصص.
• البلد: نستنتج البلد تقريبياً من عنوان الاتصال (لا نستخدم GPS ولا نصل لموقعك الدقيق) ويظهر علمه بجانب اسمك في المجتمع والدردشة. يمكنك إخفاؤه من «ملفي الشخصي»، وعندها يُمسح من محتواك السابق أيضاً.
• التوثيق (اختياري): إن طلبتِ توثيق حسابك، نحفظ التسجيل الصوتي الذي ترسلينه ليراجعه فريق الإشراف.
• ربط حساب جوجل (اختياري): لاسترجاع عضويتك على جهاز آخر نحفظ بصمة مشفّرة لمعرّف حساب جوجل فقط، ولا نحفظ بريدك الإلكتروني.
• رمز الإشعارات: رمز Firebase Cloud Messaging (وعلى آيفون عبر خدمة إشعارات آبل) لإرسال الإشعارات والتذكيرات التي تختارينها.
• بيانات الاستخدام: عند فتح التطبيق نسجّل معرّف العضوية والشاشة الحالية وإصدار التطبيق ووضعه (حمل/دورة)، لنعرف عدد المتواجدات والإصدارات المستخدمة وأكثر الشاشات استخداماً. لا نستخدمها للإعلانات ولا نبيعها.
• رسائل «اتصل بنا»: ما ترسلينه لنا من داخل التطبيق أو بالبريد يُحفظ لنرد عليك.
• الاشتراك المدفوع: عند الاشتراك في «بريميم» نحفظ سجل الشراء: الباقة، والسعر والعملة، ورقم المعاملة، وتاريخ البدء والتجديد أو الانتهاء، وحالته — مربوطاً بمعرّف عضويتك. الدفع نفسه يتم بالكامل عبر Google Play أو App Store، ولا نرى ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك أو حسابك البنكي.

ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي

بعض الميزات تعمل بخدمة Google Gemini للذكاء الاصطناعي: مفسّرة الأحلام، وأداة نظرية رامزي، والمشرفات الآليات في غرف الدردشة، وبعض منشورات وردود حسابات فريق التطبيق. عند استخدامك لهذه الميزات أو تفاعلك معها يُرسَل النص أو الصورة المعنية إلى Google لمعالجتها وتوليد الرد، وفق سياسة خصوصية Google.

• مفسّرة الأحلام: نحفظ آخر 120 رسالة من محادثتك لتظهر لك وتستمر المحادثة، وقد يطّلع عليها فريق الإشراف للرد أو لضمان الجودة.
• أداة رامزي: صورة السونار تُحلَّل لحظياً ولا نخزّنها.

ما لا نجمعه

الظهور والإشراف

• منشوراتك وقصصك وتعليقاتك ورسائل الغرف تظهر للعضوات باسمك المستعار، والرسائل الخاصة تظهر للطرف الآخر فقط.
• المحتوى العام والرسائل الخاصة قد يراجعها فريق الإشراف (فلترة تلقائية + مراجعة بشرية) لحماية العضوات من الإساءة والتحرّش.
• يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي محتوى أو عضوة، وحظر أي عضوة، وتجاهل أي محادثة خاصة، وحذف محتواك في أي وقت.

مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

• البيانات المحلية: لا تُخزَّن على خوادمنا إطلاقاً، وتبقى على جهازك حتى تحذفي التطبيق أو تمسحي بياناته.
• محتوى المجتمع: يُحتفظ به ما دمتِ تستخدمين المجتمع؛ وعند حذفك لأي محتوى يختفي فوراً ويُحذف نهائياً من خوادمنا خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.
• رسائل الدردشة: تُحذف تلقائياً بعد 90 يوماً، وصور الدردشة بعد 24 ساعة.
• قوائم مشاهدات المنشورات: تُحذف بعد 14 يوماً.
• بيانات الاستخدام: تُحذف تلقائياً بعد 3 أشهر كحد أقصى.
• رمز الإشعارات: حتى إيقاف الإشعارات أو حذف الحساب.
• سجلات الاشتراك: طوال مدة الاشتراك، ثم نحتفظ بسجل المعاملة للأغراض المحاسبية والقانونية؛ وعند حذف حسابك نفصلها عنه فلا تبقى مرتبطة بك.
• الحذف الكامل: يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بيانات عضويتك نهائياً من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← معلوماتك الشخصية ← حذف الحساب نهائياً) — يُنفَّذ فوراً وتُمسح بقايا المحتوى خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى، أو بمراسلتنا على privacy@gply.top وننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً. حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك المتجر — ألغيه أولاً من Google Play أو App Store.

الإعلانات

نعرض إعلانات من Google AdMob لغير المشتركات في بريميم. قد يستخدم AdMob معرّف الإعلانات في جهازك لتخصيص الإعلانات؛ وعلى آيفون لا يحدث ذلك إلا بموافقتك على طلب التتبع. يمكنك إيقاف الإعلانات المخصصة من إعدادات جهازك. راجعي سياسة خصوصية Google.

مشاركة البيانات

• لا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف.
• نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمة الضروريين لتشغيل التطبيق: Cloudflare (الاستضافة والتخزين)، Google Firebase وApple (الإشعارات)، Google Gemini (ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي)، Google AdMob (الإعلانات)، وGoogle Play وApple App Store (الاشتراكات والدفع).
• قد نفصح عن بيانات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.

حقوقك

• الوصول إلى بياناتك المخزّنة لدينا أو تصحيحها بمراسلتنا
• حذف محتواك أو حسابك كاملاً من داخل التطبيق
• إخفاء بلدك، وإيقاف الإشعارات، ورفض الإعلانات المخصصة
• إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت من متجر جهازك

Privacy Policy (English)

Data kept on your device only

Your pregnancy and cycle tracking data (dates, medications, tests, diaries, settings) is stored locally on your device and is never sent to our servers. It is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Data we collect and why

• Random member ID: created automatically when you join the community or chat; it does not reveal your real identity and links your content and subscription to your account.
• What you share: nickname, avatar and bio; posts, comments, stories, images and messages in rooms, groups and direct messages; likes, follows, and post/story views.
• Country: approximated from your connection's IP address (no GPS, no precise location) and shown as a flag next to your name. You can hide it in "My profile", which also removes it from your past content.
• Verification (optional): the voice recording you submit is stored for review by our moderators.
• Google account linking (optional): we store only a hashed fingerprint of your Google account ID to restore your membership on another device — never your email.
• Notification token: a Firebase Cloud Messaging token (via Apple Push Notification service on iPhone) to deliver the notifications you choose.
• Usage data: when the app is open we record your member ID, current screen, app version and mode (pregnancy/cycle) to understand active users, versions and popular screens. It is not used for advertising and never sold.
• Contact messages: messages you send us in-app or by email are stored so we can reply.
• Paid subscription: when you subscribe to Premium we store the purchase record — plan, price and currency, transaction ID, start and renewal/expiry dates, and status — linked to your member ID. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store; we never see or store your card or bank details.

AI features

Some features use Google Gemini: the dream interpreter, the Ramzi theory tool, the automated moderators in chat rooms, and some posts and replies from the app team's accounts. When you use or interact with these features, the relevant text or image is sent to Google to generate a response, under Google's Privacy Policy. The dream interpreter keeps your last 120 messages so the conversation continues, and moderators may read them to reply or for quality. Ramzi ultrasound images are analyzed on the fly and not stored.

Data we do NOT collect

Visibility & moderation

Public content appears to members under your nickname; direct messages are visible only to the other party. Public content and direct messages may be reviewed by our moderation team (automatic filtering + human review) to protect members. You can report or block any member, ignore incoming direct messages, and delete your own content at any time.

Data retention & deletion

• Local data: never stored on our servers; remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
• Community content: retained while you use the community; deleted content disappears immediately and is permanently erased from our servers within 30 days at most.
• Chat messages: automatically deleted after 90 days; chat images after 24 hours.
• Post viewer lists: deleted after 14 days.
• Usage data: automatically deleted after 3 months at most.
• Notification token: until you disable notifications or delete your account.
• Subscription records: kept for the life of the subscription, then retained for accounting and legal purposes; when you delete your account they are unlinked from it.
• Full deletion: delete your account and all membership data in-app (Settings → Your personal info → Delete account permanently) — effective immediately, with residual content erased within 30 days at most — or email privacy@gply.top and we will complete the request within 30 days. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it first in Google Play or the App Store.

Advertising

We show Google AdMob ads to non-Premium users. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to personalize ads; on iPhone this happens only if you allow tracking. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the app: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Google Firebase and Apple (notifications), Google Gemini (AI features), Google AdMob (ads), and Google Play and the Apple App Store (subscriptions and payments) — or when required by law.

Your rights

Access or correct your data by contacting us; delete your content or entire account in-app; hide your country, turn off notifications and opt out of personalized ads; cancel your subscription at any time from your device's store.
