سياسة الخصوصية

مقدمة

نحن في "راوتري" نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحمايتها. هذه السياسة توضح كيفية تعاملنا مع بياناتك عند استخدام التطبيق. ندرك أن التطبيق يتعامل مع بيانات حساسة مثل بيانات الراوتر، ولذلك نأخذ حماية بياناتك على محمل الجد.

ما الجديد في هذا التحديث: ميزة اختيارية تُرسل، بموافقتك الصريحة فقط، بنية صفحات لوحة راوترك إلى خادمنا لنبني دعمًا لموديله ("مساعدة دعم الراوتر")، وأداة "الأجهزة على الشبكة" التي تعمل على هاتفك فقط، وتحديثات دعم تصل للتطبيق كملفات بيانات.

البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات يدخلها المستخدم (تُخزن على جهازك فقط):

• عنوان IP الراوتر: للاتصال بلوحة تحكم الراوتر
• اسم المستخدم وكلمة سر الراوتر: لتسجيل الدخول لإدارة الراوتر

⚠️ هام: هذه البيانات تُخزن محلياً على جهازك فقط ولا تُرسل لأي خادم خارجي على الإطلاق.

بيانات تُجمع تلقائياً:

• Firebase Analytics: بيانات استخدام مجهولة الهوية (الشاشات المفتوحة، الأحداث، نتائج الاتصال بالراوتر ونوع الموديل المكتشف، مدة الاستخدام) لتحسين التطبيق
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): رمز الإشعارات لإرسال تنبيهات (اختياري)
• معرف الجهاز: معرف مجهول لتمييز الأجهزة في الإحصائيات
• معرف تثبيت مجهول لخدمة الدعم: رقم عشوائي يُنشأ على جهازك ويُستخدم فقط لتحديد عدد اللقطات المرسلة في اليوم، ولا يرتبط بهويتك
• إصدار التطبيق: يُرسل مع اللقطة ومع طلب تحديثات الدعم

بيانات تُرسل بموافقتك فقط (مساعدة دعم الراوتر):

حين يعجز التطبيق عن التعرف على راوترك، أو حين تختار "ساعدنا في دعم راوترك" من الإعدادات، يعرض التطبيق شاشة موافقة تشرح ما سيُرسل. لا يُرسل شيء قبل أن توافق وتضغط "إرسال" بنفسك. ما يُرسل هو بنية صفحات لوحة الراوتر التي تفتحها أثناء وضع الالتقاط، بعد تنظيفها على هاتفك. التفاصيل في قسم "مساعدة دعم الراوتر".

البيانات التي لا نجمعها

مساعدة دعم الراوتر (اللقطات)

• ما هي: لدعم موديل راوتر جديد يحتاج فريقنا إلى معرفة شكل صفحات لوحة تحكمه. يستطيع التطبيق التقاط بنية الصفحات التي تفتحها في "صفحة الراوتر" داخل التطبيق وإرسالها إلينا.
• الموافقة: الميزة اختيارية بالكامل. تظهر شاشة موافقة قبل أول التقاط وتستطيع رفضها، ولا يُرسل شيء إلا حين تضغط "إرسال" بنفسك. إن غادرت الشاشة بلا إرسال تُمحى اللقطة.
• ما يُرسل: شيفرة HTML للصفحات التي التقطتها، ومسارات طلبات الشبكة التي تصدرها تلك الصفحات إلى الراوتر مع أجسام الطلبات والردود، وإصدار التطبيق، وبصمة صفحة الراوتر (عنوانها وأسماء حقولها)، ومعرف التثبيت المجهول.
• التنظيف على هاتفك قبل الإرسال: تُحذف كلمة سر الراوتر بكل صورها المشفّرة وكل ما يُكتب في حقول كلمات السر داخل الصفحة، وتُستبدل عناوين MAC وعناوين IP العامة واسم شبكة الواي فاي ومفاتيح الواي فاي وكلمات سر PPPoE والأرقام التسلسلية ورموز الجلسة بقيم وهمية ثابتة. وخادمنا يرفض أي لقطة تحوي حقل كلمة سر غير محجوب.
• الغرض: بناء دعم لموديل راوترك داخل التطبيق فقط. لا تُستخدم اللقطات للإعلانات ولا تُباع ولا تُشارك مع أي طرف ثالث.
• التخزين والاحتفاظ: تُنقل مشفّرة (HTTPS) وتُخزن على خوادمنا لدى Cloudflare، وتُحذف بعد بناء الدعم للموديل، وبحد أقصى 180 يومًا من الإرسال.
• الحذف عند الطلب: بعد الإرسال يعرض التطبيق رقم اللقطة. أرسل هذا الرقم إلى privacy@gply.top وسنحذفها خلال 7 أيام.

تحديثات الدعم داخل التطبيق

يجلب التطبيق من خادمنا، عند تشغيله ثم كل بضع ساعات، ملف بيانات موقّعًا رقميًا يحوي تعريفات موديلات الراوترات ونصوص التشغيل الخاصة بها، حتى يصلك دعم موديل جديد دون انتظار تحديث من المتجر. هذا الطلب لا يحمل أي بيانات شخصية ولا بيانات راوترك، ولا نحتفظ بعنوان الاتصال الذي يصل منه.

الأجهزة على الشبكة

أداة "الأجهزة على الشبكة" تفحص شبكتك المحلية من هاتفك مباشرة لتعرض الأجهزة التي تجيب (بالاسم وعنوان IP المحلي). يجري الفحص كله على هاتفك، ولا تُرسل نتائجه إلى أي خادم.

صلاحيات التطبيق

التطبيق يطلب صلاحية الموقع فقط لقراءة اسم شبكة الواي فاي المتصلة (SSID) — وهو متطلب من نظام أندرويد. التطبيق لا يجمع أو يخزن أو يرسل بيانات موقعك الفعلي. الوصول إلى الشبكة المحلية يُستخدم للاتصال بالراوتر ولأداة "الأجهزة على الشبكة".

تخزين البيانات وأمانها

• بيانات الراوتر (IP، اسم المستخدم، كلمة السر) تُخزن محلياً على جهازك فقط
• لا نرسل بيانات الراوتر لأي خوادم خارجية أبداً
• الاتصال بالراوتر يتم مباشرة من جهازك عبر الشبكة المحلية
• كل اتصال بخوادمنا وبخدمات Google مشفّر (HTTPS)
• يمكنك حذف جميع بياناتك المحلية بحذف التطبيق

مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

• بيانات الراوتر: تبقى على جهازك فقط وتُحذف نهائياً عند حذف التطبيق أو مسح بياناته
• لقطات مساعدة الدعم: حتى بناء الدعم للموديل وبحد أقصى 180 يومًا، أو عند طلبك برقم اللقطة
• رمز الإشعارات (FCM): حتى إيقاف الإشعارات أو حذف التطبيق
• بيانات Firebase Analytics المجهولة: يُحتفظ بها لدى Google لمدة أقصاها 14 شهراً ثم تُحذف أو تُجمَّع بشكل لا يحدد الهوية

خدمات Firebase

• Firebase Analytics: إحصائيات مجهولة الهوية عن استخدام التطبيق (عدد المستخدمين، الشاشات الأكثر زيارة، مدة الجلسة، نتائج الاتصال بالراوتر). لا تحتوي على معلومات شخصية.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: لإرسال إشعارات وتنبيهات (يمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات الجهاز).

الإعلانات

نستخدم Google AdMob لعرض الإعلانات داخل التطبيق (لافتات داخل الشاشات وإعلانات بينية). AdMob قد يستخدم معرف الإعلانات لتخصيص الإعلانات المعروضة، ويمكنك إعادة تعيينه أو رفض التخصيص من إعدادات جهازك. سياسة AdMob: https://policies.google.com/privacy

مشاركة البيانات

• لا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث
• لا نشارك بيانات الراوتر ولا لقطات مساعدة الدعم مع أي جهة

• لا نشارك بياناتك إلا مع مزودي الخدمات الضروريين (Google Analytics، AdMob، وCloudflare كمستضيف لخادم الدعم)

حقوقك

• الوصول لبياناتك المخزنة
• حذف جميع بياناتك المحلية (بحذف التطبيق)
• حذف لقطة مساعدة الدعم بإرسال رقمها إلى privacy@gply.top
• رفض إرسال أي لقطة من الأساس (الميزة اختيارية)
• إلغاء الاشتراك في الإشعارات

Privacy Policy (English)

Introduction

We at "Routary" respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This app handles sensitive data such as router credentials, and we take data protection very seriously.

New in this update: an optional feature that, only with your explicit consent, sends the structure of your router's admin pages to our server so we can build support for its model ("Router support help"); a "Devices on the network" tool that runs on your phone only; and support updates delivered to the app as data files.

Data We Collect

User-entered data (stored locally only):

• Router IP address: To connect to your router's admin panel
• Router username & password: To log in and manage your router

⚠️ Important: Router credentials are stored locally on your device only and are never sent to any external server.

Data collected automatically:

• Firebase Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics (screens visited, events, router connection results and the detected model, session duration)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: Push notification token (optional)
• Device ID: Anonymous identifier for analytics
• Anonymous install ID for the support service: a random number generated on your device, used only to cap the number of captures sent per day; not linked to your identity
• App version: sent with a capture and with the support-update request

Data sent only with your consent (Router support help): When the app cannot recognise your router, or when you choose "Help us support your router" in Settings, the app shows a consent screen explaining what will be sent. Nothing is sent until you agree and tap "Send" yourself.

Data We Do NOT Collect

Router Support Help (captures)

• What is sent: the HTML of the router pages you captured, the paths of the network requests those pages make to the router with their request and response bodies, the app version, a fingerprint of the router page (title and field names) and the anonymous install ID.
• Cleaning on your phone: the router password in every encoded form and anything typed into password fields are removed; MAC addresses, public IPs, the Wi-Fi network name, Wi-Fi keys, PPPoE passwords, serial numbers and session tokens are replaced by fixed placeholders. Our server rejects any capture that still contains an unmasked password field.
• Purpose: building support for your router model in the app, nothing else. Never used for advertising, sold, or shared.
• Retention: encrypted in transit, stored on our servers hosted by Cloudflare, deleted once support for the model is built and within 180 days at most.
• Deletion on request: the app shows the capture ID after sending; email it to privacy@gply.top and we delete it within 7 days.

In-app Support Updates

At start-up and every few hours the app downloads a digitally signed data file with router model definitions and their scripts from our server, so support for a new model reaches you without a store update. The request carries no personal data and no router data, and we do not keep the connection address it comes from.

Devices on the Network

This tool scans your local network directly from your phone and lists the devices that answer (name and local IP). The scan runs entirely on your phone and its results are never sent to any server.

App Permissions

The app requests location permission only to read the connected Wi-Fi network name (SSID) — an Android system requirement. It does not collect, store, or send your actual location. Local network access is used to reach your router and for the "Devices on the network" tool.

Data Storage & Security

Router credentials are stored locally on your device only. Connection to your router is made directly from your device over your local network. Every connection to our servers and to Google is encrypted (HTTPS).

Data Retention & Deletion

Router credentials: on your device only, deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data. Support captures: until support is built, at most 180 days, or on request. FCM token: until you disable notifications or uninstall. Firebase Analytics data: anonymous, retained by Google for up to 14 months.

Advertising

We use Google AdMob to show ads in the app (banners inside screens and interstitials). AdMob may use the advertising ID to personalise ads; you can reset it or opt out in your device settings. Review Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Router data and support captures are never shared. We only share data with the service providers we need: Google Analytics, AdMob, and Cloudflare as the host of our support server.

Your Rights

Access your stored data; delete all local data by uninstalling; delete a support capture by emailing its ID; decline sending any capture (the feature is optional); opt out of notifications and personalised ads.
